British Burghley Bags

On the blog today I will be taking a look at the Burghley bags. This company is from Wiltshire, England. The bags are all made with a lot of love and take into account the beautiful British heritage. The handbags are made from good quality leather using both classic designs and traditional methods. These bags suit any lifestyle from those living in the country to the city. The bags are all naturally tanned using vegetable dyes so you don’t have to worry about any nasty chemicals. The leather used will become much softer, more flexible and will improve over time.  Keeping to the topic of leather it is worth mentioning that all the bags and satchels that Burghley design are all unique which means that they will be slightly different in tone and character.

I was very lucky to be sent The Sedgebrook Green handbag (£75.00). It is a great size and you really can fit everything in it that you need. It is not too bulky for carrying around and looks great with casual clothing or if you wanted to dress up it would work well too. The colour is not too strong and works well with the brown leather detailing and straps. The leather straps are very flexible and do not rub into your arm. They are very soft and lightweight. This is a great bonus for myself as I am very petite and most handbags that I own or have tried on tend to be too bulky or heavy for me to wear and carry around. I actually don’t feel weighed down by this bag and can carry it around quite happily without the straps slipping off my shoulder or leaving marks on my arms. I really do like how this bag looks and feel that it is a good contender with Mullberry handbags. The amount of time spent creating these bags and the love that goes into the company, really does show through the finished products. These bags really are great value for money.

Burghley bags do not just design and make handbags/travel bags they do other accessories such as wish bracelets, ladies purses and men’s wallets.

I would urge you all to check this fantastic local company out and see for yourselves how amazing their products truly are. At the bottom of my post I have attached links to the official website and social media accounts.

I would really like to thank Sarah at burghley bags for giving me this fantastic opportunity to work with them and especially for sending me my very own Burghley bag which I will treasure for ever.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post and I hope you have enjoyed learning and reading about Burghley Bags. Please do get in contact with myself if you have any questions or if you would like to work together.
